Mushroom Pickle Recipe

Materials:

  • 500 grams of fresh culture mushroom
  • 1 cup of vinegar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2-3 bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper

Mushroom Pickle Preparation

Clean the mushrooms and gently cut the handle parts.

You can divide big mushrooms in half.

Boil water, vinegar, salt and sugar in a saucepan.

After boiling, remove from the stove and let it cool down.

Place mushrooms in a clean glass jar.

Sprinkle between garlic, bay leaves and pepper.

Pour the pickle juice you prepared over the mushrooms in the jar.

Close the mouth of the jar tightly.

Leave the pickle jar in a cool and dark place for 10-12 days.
