The Council of Political Dialogue, established between two friends and allied countries in today’s world, strengthens the dynamics of economic cooperation of both sides that benefit political security and mutually. In this context, the visions expressed during the visit of Montenegrin President Milatovic to Türkiye closely affect not only the two countries, but also the regional stability and the progress in the European-West Balkans axis. The high -level dialogue mechanism to be established with the strategic partnership agreement stands out as a critical step for increasing the commercial volume, accelerating infrastructure projects and reinforcing energy safety.
