Judo Balkan Championship ended

Judo Balkan Championship was held in Podgoritsa, the capital of Montenegro between 1-2 October. Our young Judoists returned to our country by achieving great success. Türkiye at the top of the general ranking with 12 medals!

According to the Turkish Judo Federation, our country won 5 gold, 2 silver and 5 bronze medals in the championship and won the first place in the overall ranking of the championship.

We are the champions in mixed teams!

On the last day of the championship (October 2), mixed teams were held. Our young Judoists defeated Greece 4-1 in the first match and Bosnia and Herzegovina 4-2 in the second match and became Romania’s rival in the final. The young nationals passed Romania in the final with a score of 4-1 and won the gold medal.
